Personal Information
We may collect personal information from you as part of providing our service to you via the Website, including your name, email address, etc.

We may also collect personal information directly from you when you visit the Website, when you upload your personal details to obtain a Vehicle Valuation Certificate or when you contact our staff.

You can choose not to provide personal information that we request from you. However, this may mean we may not be able to provide you with the Valuation Certificate service.

Non Personal Data
When you visit the Website, we collect non-personally identifiable information. This information will in no way identify you or any other individual. The information collected may include the IP address from which you access the Website; the date and time you visit the Website and the type of browser and operating system you use.

You agree we may use this non-personally identifiable information for the purposes of assisting our system administration and auditing use of the site, our internal reporting and otherwise improving the Website.

Use of Personal Information

We collect your personal information for the following purposes:

For example we will send your completed Vehicle Valuation Certificate to you via the email address you uploaded at the time of purchasing the Certificate. If you wish to unsubscribe from any email marketing communication you can follow the clear instructions in the email or contact us directly. We will then remove you immediately.

By using the Website you consent to your personal information being collected, held and used in this way and for any other use authorised by you. We will only use your personal information for the purposes described in this policy or with your express written permission.

Protection of Personal Information

We have strict security measures in place to ensure your personal information is protected against loss, misuse and wrongful disclosure. This includes storing your personal and non personal information on our computer systems and on various equipment, programmes, data bases and digital archives.

The storage mechanisms we use may be managed by us internally and held locally in New Zealand or managed by a third party storage provider with whom we have a contractual relationship and held on a server locally or at overseas location.
